  • Desire to Focus Solely on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C): Emily was committed to growing the business exclusively through the D2C model.

The website was completely redesigned to align with the new brand vision, and Devin led all photoshoots to ensure consistent and impactful visual storytelling.

Devin then transitioned into the role of Fractional COO, overseeing all aspects of buying, planning, and manufacturing.

She streamlined the entire supply chain by finding new suppliers and relocating manufacturing to optimize costs and efficiency.
